We're thrilled to embark on this journey with you! Prior to diving in, let's acquaint you with our terms and conditions—crafted with the singular goal of ensuring your journey with us, from booking to the event day, is nothing short of seamless and exceptional.

To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be settled 48 hours prior to the event.

Your event date is exclusively reserved for you. To guarantee the finest quality and secure the necessary resources, it's vital to meet payment deadlines promptly.

Please be aware that failure to make timely payments may lead to event cancellation, and the non-refundable deposit will be retained. 

Balloon Disclaimer

At Tropical Twist Event Designs, we take great care to provide high-quality balloons and materials for your events. However, once balloons leave our care—whether delivered or picked up—their durability is subject to various environmental factors, including but not limited to:

• Children and pets
• Different surfaces
• Hot or cluttered car conditions
• Nails and foreign objects
• Improper handling, transportation, or storage
• Exposure to heat, cold, or outdoor elements such as wind, rain, and sunshine

While we weigh all helium-filled balloons to enhance stability, we cannot guarantee their longevity under these conditions, particularly in outdoor settings. Balloons may pop, deflate, or lose their shape sooner than anticipated due to circumstances beyond our control.

Tropical Twist Event Designs is not liable for any damage, leakage, bursts, or other issues once the balloons have been handed over in good condition. We recommend taking extra precautions to protect your balloons and extend their lifespan, especially for outdoor use.

During summer, balloons can pop within an hour if exposed to direct or indirect sunlight. This can even happen indoors if balloons are placed near a window that receives directionally, cool environments can cause helium molecules to shrink, reducing the size and float time of balloons. If there is a constant breeze around a balloon, helium will escape through the walls of the balloon at a faster rate, resulting in reduced float time. Therefore, it's best to keep balloons away from any type of breeze to maximize their float time. 

Helium Balloon Care

Please keep in mind the following guidelines to ensure the safe and responsible use of balloons:

•  Do not inhale helium from balloons as it can lead to asphyxiation. Although helium is not toxic or flammable, it can be dangerous if not used properly.
• Helium expands in the heat. Warm or hot temperatures can bring balloons down faster than their proper float time and may result in popping. 

•  Do not release balloons outdoors, as they can get entangled in electrical lines and cause power failures. They can also be harmful to animals.

•  Latex balloons can pose a choking hazard to children under eight years of age. Always supervise children when they are around inflated balloons and discard broken balloons immediately.

• All balloons are 100% biodegradable, and latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex, not plastic.

We understand that unexpected things can pop up. If you need to cancel, no worries! To receive a full refund to your original payment method, simply shoot us a written request at least 30 days before your event. 

Regrettably, once we reach the 30-day mark prior to your event, cancellations can no longer be processed. However, we'd be delighted to explore the possibility of rescheduling your event, subject to our availability.

In the rare event that Tropical Twist needs to cancel, we'll make sure to give you a heads-up in writing and a full refund will be provided.

In cases of state declared emergencies, a full refund will be made to your original payment method.
